Job Description
A Marketing Manager is the bridge between a company’s products and its customers. Their primary goal is to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately increase sales through strategic campaigns.
- Strategy Development: Creating and executing annual or project-specific marketing plans to reach target audiences.
- Campaign Management: Overseeing social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and traditional advertising from concept to execution.
- Market Research: Analyzing industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
- Content Oversight: Managing the production of marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, videos, and graphics.
- Budgeting: Managing the marketing budget and ensuring all activities provide a strong Return on Investment (ROI).
- Team Leadership: Mentoring and leading a team of specialists (e.g., copywriters, designers, and digital marketers).
- Performance Tracking: Using analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and reporting findings to upper management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
