Role & responsibilities
Identify prospective clients and generate new business leads.
Participate in meetings, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Collaborate with senior management to set business goals and strategies.
Assess business risks and propose solutions for continual improvement.
Work closely with marketing, product, and operational teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Mentor and guide junior business development staff. Preferred candidate profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Analytical and strategic thinking.
Networking skills and the ability to build rapport.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
