Data Analyst - Sales Program

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Senior Salesforce & GTM Data Operations Analyst to support Sales and GTM initiatives through advanced SQL analysis, Salesforce administration, campaign data management, and operational troubleshooting.

This role requires strong hands-on SQL expertise (writing queries from scratch), deep Salesforce data management experience, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, high-urgency environments.

Key Responsibilities Salesforce & Salesloft Data Operations

• Load and manage contact, account, and campaign data in Salesforce (SFDC) and Salesloft
• Troubleshoot routing, ownership assignments, mapping, and campaign data issues in real time
• Manage objects, relationships, campaigns, lists, and targets within Salesforce
• Execute data loads and maintain overall SFDC hygiene
• Support list management and campaign execution workflows in Salesloft

SQL & Data Analysis

• Write complex SQL queries from scratch for rapid analysis and diagnostics
• Perform ad-hoc SQL investigations to support active GTM plays
• Merge data from Salesforce, manual inputs, and external data sources
• Conduct root-cause analysis on data discrepancies and operational issues
• Deliver quick operational fixes based on analytical findings

BI, Reporting & Insights

• Build and maintain Salesforce and BI dashboards and reports
• Perform data analysis to synthesize insights and present clear recommendations
• Support active sales programs with real-time reporting and diagnostics
• Generate QBR/MBR/WBR-ready reporting packs when required
