As a Sales Executive for branded generic pharmaceutical products in the Delhi NCR region, your role will involve establishing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors. You will be responsible for promoting and selling branded generic medicines, achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring timely payments, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and selling branded generic medicines to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Conducting regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Providing feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Organizing product presentations, awareness sessions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintaining compliance with pharma regulations, ethical practices, and company SOPs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 25 years of experience in branded generic pharma sales, preferably in branded generic pharma companies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Delhi NCR pharma market and distribution networks.
