Job Description

As an HR Manager in our company, your role will involve managing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management. This includes handling monthly payroll processing, statutory compliance, and audits. You will be responsible for administering and managing HRMS (KEKA), which includes configuration, reporting, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, rewards & recognition programs, and culture-building activities
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory filings, and documentation
  • Oversee performance management cycles, appraisals, and confirmations
  • Prepare HR analytics, dashboards, and compliance MIS reports
  • Support HR audits and continuous process improvements

Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Experience with HRMS systems, preferably KEKA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
