Hiring: Technology Copy Writer / Editor

Location: Raleigh, NC (Candidates within commuting distance preferred)

Duration: 6 Months Contract (Potential Extension)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Flexible | 10–20 hrs./week

We are looking for a talented Copy Writer / Editor to join the Corporate Brand Marketing team and support customer-facing campaigns across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proofread and edit content for emails, websites, social media, radio scripts, mobile apps, and print materials
• Review monthly retail promotion assets and participate in proofing cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compelling and accurate messaging
• Maintain brand tone, voice, and content quality across all channels
• Create engaging content aligned with brand standards and digital best practices.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of proofreading/editing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with SEO, storytelling, and social media best practices
• Experience with platforms like Workfront, Quip, Contently, etc.

Preferred

• Fluency in Spanish
• Retail/automotive industry experience
