Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time On-Site

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Database Administrator to support ERP system integrity and supply chain data accuracy. This role focuses on maintaining and improving SAP S4/HANA database functionality to support Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and cross-functional operations.

You will act as a key point of contact for part setups, data accuracy, and system support across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain ERP database (SAP S4/HANA) supporting Demand Planning and Inventory activities

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for supply chain performance

Improve system efficiency and communication between departments through process enhancements

Update and track database task status ensuring timely completion of all open items

Collaborate with Engineering and Purchasing to resolve BOM and part data issues

Review Engineering BOMs and ensure accurate ERP part number alignment

Troubleshoot system issues across Inventory, Purchasing, and Engineering functions

Manage part number mapping, duplication cleanup, and data consistency globally

Standardize item data including units of measure, vendor details, and item descriptions

Support UNSPSC coding and item classification setup

Import/export data across multiple systems and databases

Cross-reference part numbers across Canada, USA, Ireland, and other regions

Train global team members on system processes and data standards

Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain systems

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma required (post-secondary education preferred)

Experience working with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing or supply chain environment

Strong working knowledge of SAP S4/HANA (required)

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, and MS Teams

Strong attention to detail with ability to manage complex data sets

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-up discipline

Ability to work independently and within a global team environment

Preferred Experience

Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations experience

Experience with BOM (Bill of Materials) management

Exposure to global ERP data environments

Continuous improvement or process optimization experience

Additional Requirements

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Clear criminal record
