Job Description

Position Overview

Ricoh USA is seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide production and application support for expanding print and mail service solutions. This role will support enterprise applications used by existing Print & Mail clients and assist with system workflows, production systems, and new client onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to support enterprise software applications in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide production and application support for enterprise systems used by Print & Mail clients.

Support workflow development using Ricoh Process Director (RPD) and other production applications.

Assist with print-on-demand commerce platforms such as WebOrder systems.

Support production control and billing systems such as Avanti Slingshot.

Perform Quality Control (QC) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during new client onboarding.

Monitor and resolve application issues through ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

Assist with troubleshooting application and system issues while maintaining service reliability.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve technical problems and improve system workflows.

Document issues, resolutions, and activity in tracking systems.

Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Strong computer and connectivity knowledge.

Experience supporting enterprise applications or business process systems preferred.

Familiarity with networking concepts, system infrastructure, and directory services is a plus.

Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow preferred.

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
