As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient functioning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring end-to-end logistics movement to guarantee timely and cost-effective transportation. - Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, reconciliations, and replenishment coordination. - Leading and managing warehouse teams while ensuring adherence to operational and safety standards. - Collaborating with procurement, suppliers, and logistics partners for smooth operations and timely reporting. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management. - Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools for operational tracking and analysis. - Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills. Additional Company Details: The company prefers candidates with experience in e-commerce, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG operations. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms is a plus. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment is highly valued.
