Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tester to support a security portfolio which includes security compliance, information security, and physical and global security. The ideal candidate will possess analytical, technical, and communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and vendors. This role involves supporting deployment testing of fixes, upgrades, and the implementation of new technology using Agile/hybrid methodologies.

Required Skills

• Gather and analyze requirements for testing.
• Document processes and procedures.
• Attend Scrum meetings and manage the Azure DevOps (ADO) Board.
• Document Test Plans, Test Cases, and Defects in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to complete tasks related to security.
• Support deployment testing involving fixes, upgrades, and new technology.
• Perform data analysis, mapping, testing, and validation.
• Test and validate business, user, functional, and non-functional requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agile Transformation activities.
• Experience with reporting and building dashboards.
• Experience summarizing or providing recommendations.
• Experience managing and tracking Agile boards.
• Experience with Cloud and Pega technology.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated pay range for this position is $50.00/hour to $60.00/hour. A comprehensive benefits package may be available to eligible employees.
