Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area. The Call Center Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, troubleshooting client issues, and addressing concerns efficiently. The specialist will also record and update customer information, ensuring accuracy within internal systems, and collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively assist and resolve customer inquiries
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills for professional interactions
- Experience in Contact Centers or similar environments is preferred
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems, email, and data entry tools
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure resolution of complex issues
