We invest in our people because they are our most important asset — and because the mission demands the best.</p> <p></p></div><p><strong>Aperio Global</strong> is seeking an experienced S<strong>enior Developer</strong> to create custom analytics to perform at scale. &nbsp;The software engineer will work closely with <strong>data scientists</strong> and end users to develop innovative analytic tools to further discovery and tradecraft around critical global challenges, then deliver innovative solutions focused on operationalizing data science.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>Work directly with data scientists as well as mission analysts to solve the most demanding strategic problems; perform end-to-end software engineering to prototype, develop, integrate, test, and deploy tools and tradecraft into the customer's corporate architecture.<br>Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Java MapReduce, Python PySpark<br>Strong experience with statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals<br>Strong experience with customer tools, architecture, data flow, and use of big data.<br>Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Gitlab; experience with Agile methodologies<br>Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 11-years of relevant experience or equivalent.</p> <p><strong>Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.</strong></p> <p><br><strong>Nice to Have</strong>:</p> <p><br>&nbsp;Experience with software development processes (i.e., requirements analysis, software design, implementation, testing, integration, deployment/installation, and maintenance) and programming.<br>Experience with Data Science, Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and using Large Language Models (LLMs)​</p> <p><br><strong>Salary: 180-200K</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><h2 id="job-benefits-title">Benefits</h2> <div> <p>At Aperio Global, we understand the value of investing in our most important asset—our employees.
