B2B Partnership Manager

We're Hiring: Institute Partnership Manager

Apano Aviation is scaling B2B partnerships across India's aviation ecosystem.

We're looking for a strategic Partnership Manager to identify, engage, and establish long-term relationships with aviation institutes.

What This Role Involves:

Discovery & Research

• Research institute details, infrastructure, programs, and contact information
• Build and maintain a comprehensive partner database
• Analyze market gaps and partnership opportunities

Partnership Development

• Direct outreach and relationship building with institute decision-makers
• Negotiate partnership terms and collaboration models
• Manage ongoing partner relationships and communications
• Coordinate with institutes on content, listings, and platform integration

Operations & Coordination

• Maintain partner information, contracts, and documentation
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
• Track partnership metrics and performance
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities

Who You Are

✓ Research-oriented with strong organizational skills

✓ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

✓ Comfortable with B2B outreach and relationship management

✓ Detail-focused with ability to manage multiple partnerships

✓ Knowledge of aviation education landscape (preferred)

✓ Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver
