Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior HR Executive role based in AP/TS. The Senior HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for assigned branches and functions. The role involves implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and attendance records, and supporting performance management processes. The person in this role will handle employee relations, address queries and grievances, and support engagement and retention initiatives. They will collaborate with business leaders and HR leadership to ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain accurate HR documentation and MIS reports, and support HR projects and audits as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in end-to-end HR operations.
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and interpreting HR Policies, ensuring compliance with applicable labor and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience managing Employee Benefits, including leave, insurance, and compensation-related processes.
• Proven skills in Personnel Management, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in financial services or NBFC environments, preferably with exposure to branch-based and field-force populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across levels and locations.
• Proficiency with HRMS tools, MS Office (especially Excel), and HR reporting; comfort working with data and metrics.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
