Our solutions drive innovation for hundreds of businesses in 25+ countries worldwide, ranging from small businesses to multinational Fortune 500 corporations.  Our mission is to create intelligent tools that automate and optimize the additive manufacturing process, enabling anyone to manufacture high performance parts, in any material, with the touch of a button.</div>About The Role  We’re looking for an IT Manager who can independently own all aspects of user support, device management, and onboarding/offboarding, while partnering closely on our evolving security and compliance posture.  You’ll support a team of 50+ staff across engineering, business, and production environments. This is a hands-on role with real autonomy - and a clear path to deepen your expertise in IT security and infrastructure strategy. We’ll actively support your professional development with dedicated budget and time to pursue certifications, training, or coursework in security and systems architecture. You’ll work directly with company leadership and be brought into the strategic planning and budgeting process for IT, giving you early insight into how decisions are made and the opportunity to help shape our roadmap as we scale. If you're passionate about support, obsessed with clean systems, and excited to grow into a security-focused IT leader, we want to talk.  What You Will Do  <ul> <li>Be the go-to person for internal IT support, ensuring timely resolution of tickets, smart escalation, and a great employee experience </li> <li>Manage and improve our device management workflows using Microsoft Intune, including patching, configuration, and compliance </li> <li>Own the onboarding and offboarding process across all departments, streamlining access to Windows and Linux systems and cloud services </li> <li>Maintain and draft IT documentation and create training materials to improve efficiency and self-service </li> <li>Proactively identify and execute improvements in device security, support workflows, and employee experience </li> <li>Support internal audits and prepare for future compliance frameworks (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001). </li> </ul> What We Are Looking For  <ul> <li>Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience </li> <li>8+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or endpoint management roles </li> <li>Strong experience supporting Windows environments, with familiarity around Linux device management and basic administration </li> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Intune, Entra/Azure AD, and related tools </li> <li>Bilingual (spoken) French & English </li> <li>Clear communicator who can work effectively with developers, back office, and production staff alike </li> <li>Detail-oriented and process-minded - you value documentation, automation, and continuous improvement </li> <li>Security-aware mindset: you follow best practices and understand the risks around devices, identity, and data access </li> <li>Excited by the idea of becoming a security expert over time, and eager to grow with mentorship, projects, and certification support. </li> </ul> Location and Work Model  Location: Montreal Work model: On-site  Employment type: Full-time, Permanent<div class="content-conclusion">Start Your Journey With Us  Apply today and join a team that is shaping the future of additive manufacturing through intelligent, high performance technologies. Not quite the right role for you?
