Role Description
We are seeking a Senior IT Faculty – AI for a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Coimbatore Area.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering industry-relevant training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Generative AI. The role includes mentoring learners, evaluating progress, providing placement-oriented guidance, and continuously updating curriculum based on evolving industry requirements.
The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams and employer partners to ensure training delivery aligns with current job market expectations and emerging technology trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, IT, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML training, Data Analytics, or relevant industry roles
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI
- Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with Jupyter/Colab
- Working knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM-based applications
- Basic understanding of AWS/Cloud concepts and AI model deployment
- Proficiency in GitHub, Excel, and Power BI
- Experience designing curriculum or training content for technical topics is a plus
- Strong teaching, mentoring, and concept explanation ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exposure to real-world projects and practical industry use cases
- Understanding of placement readiness including portfolio building, project guidance, and interview preparation
- Ability to deliver engaging, hands-on classroom sessions and manage diverse learner profiles
