About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tableau Analytics Lead to join the analytics team in Chennai. The role involves designing and developing advanced Tableau dashboards, building optimized data sources, and working closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to deliver impactful analytics solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Build and optimize Tableau data sources from data warehouse systems.
• Develop advanced calculations, LOD expressions, and interactive analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to source and prepare data.
• Ensure dashboard performance, scalability, and data accuracy.
• Implement data governance practices including row-level security.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define KPIs.
• Mentor BI developers and support analytics initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in BI / Analytics or related roles.
• Minimum 5+ Years in Tableau development and dashboard design.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses.
• Good understanding of data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schemas).
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into dashboards.
• Experience with Tableau Server/Cloud administration is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or modern analytics technologies is an added advantage.
