Lead Generation Manager

We’re Hiring: Lead Generation Manager – IT Services 📍 Location: Pune Are you ready to lead and scale a global lead generation function? We’re looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Manager to join our team in Pune and drive high-quality pipeline growth, primarily for the US market. What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of 10+ specialists.
• Design and execute innovative multi-channel outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email, intent data, digital campaigns).
• Align closely with sales & marketing to target enterprise accounts.
• Build positioning around enterprise platforms like SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, BMC, AI/ML, Data Engineering & Analytics.
• Optimize campaigns with ABM frameworks and modern lead gen tools. What we’re looking for:
• 8–12 years in B2B lead/demand generation (IT services/tech consulting).
• 4–6 years managing lead gen teams.
• Proven success in generating leads for North America (US), with exposure to EMEA/APAC.
