We're Hiring | VP / AVP – Strategic Accounts (Industrial Equipment & Heavy Machinery)

Are you a strategic account leader with a strong track record of growing global OEM and GCC relationships within the Industrial Equipment, Heavy Machinery, Manufacturing, or Automotive sectors?
We are looking for an experienced VP / AVP – Strategic Accounts to lead and scale some of our most critical global customer relationships while driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth and business expansion.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
✔ Owning strategic global OEM and GCC accounts with full responsibility for revenue, profitability, and customer growth.
✔ Building executive relationships with CXOs, Engineering Leaders, CIOs, CTOs, and GCC stakeholders across global organizations.
✔ Driving large-scale account mining, cross-selling, and consultative selling across:
- Engineering R&D Services
- Digital Engineering
- Product Engineering
- Embedded Systems
- Industry 4.0 & Smart Manufacturing
- IoT, AI/ML, Data Engineering
✔ Leading strategic proposals, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and transformation engagements.
✔ Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on digital transformation, innovation, and engineering excellence initiatives.
✔ Collaborating closely with delivery, engineering, presales, and leadership teams to ensure customer success and long-term growth.
Ideal Candidate:
✅ 15–22 years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Engineering Services Sales.
✅ Strong experience managing large OEM or GCC accounts within Industrial Equipment, Heavy Machinery, Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy, or Industrial Automation sectors.
✅ Proven success in managing multimillion-dollar accounts and delivering aggressive revenue growth.
✅ Deep understanding of ER&D, Digital Engineering, Embedded Systems, Product Engineering, Industry 4.0, and Digital Manufacturing ecosystems.
✅ Established relationships with senior decision-makers and global engineering leadership teams.
