Eligibility Criteria: ACCA Members (3+ years of experience)
(Students will not be considered for this role)
Note: This is not a traditional Accounting Role, you will not be doing any bookkeeping, tax filing or auditing. You will be trained to become an expert in Oracle ERP Finance Consulting and Implementation.
Pre-requisites:
- Initial Training at Ahmedabad for 3-6 months (Initial accommodation will be provided)
- After training completion, you may opt to work from Ahmedabad or Pune.
- Must be comfortable to work in different time-zones as per business needs.
- Must be open to travel (out of India) for short term or long term as per business needs.

Responsibilities
- Responsible to assist in end-to-end implementation cycle of Oracle Applications according to the business requirements.
- Responsible to identify functional gaps, document the same and provide corrective actions.
- Work in collaboration with technical team, project management team and customer side team.
- Collect and analyze business requirements. Go through their as-is process and try to map it with system.
- Lead client throughout the implementation and support phases.
- Responsible to ensure that project deliverables meet customer specifications.
- Responsible to work closely with Finance Team of existing organization and work on application with project team to provide solution with regard to Finance and will prepare Budgets, Forecast, Plan, Consolidated Financial Statements, Cash Flow Statements, Management / Statutory / MIS Reports, etc. Should be able to understand and learn modules like Oracle Finance, General Ledger, Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset management, Tax Management, Risk Management, EPM Planning, Consolidation, Reconciliation, ERP, Reporting tools, etc.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent hands-on knowledge / experience using Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Must be conversant with preparing & presenting presentations to stake holders.
- Good English Communication and Articulation skills.
