Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Generalist, based in Jaipur with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Sales Generalist will oversee day-to-day sales activities including engaging with clients, understanding customer needs, and promoting products. Responsibilities include building and nurturing customer relationships, assisting in sales management tasks, providing product training to clients when necessary, and working toward achieving sales targets. As part of this role, the candidate will also support customer service efforts to enhance client satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet targets and handle multiple accounts.
• Ability to deliver Training related to products, ensuring clear and effective knowledge transfer.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage a hybrid work schedule effectively.
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
