As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.</p></div><p><strong>Team and Role Overview:</strong><br>Anduril's Edge Compute and Communications (ECC) team is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team responsible for producing and maturing a diverse array of command and control ground systems products that are deployed across the entire military echelon.&nbsp; These products are:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Deployable TSCIF/SAPF certified self-contained shelters (Menace-I)</li> <li>Expeditionary vehicle &amp; on-the-move form factors (Menace-X)</li> <li>Human-portable, roll-on/roll-off form factors (Menace-T)</li> <li>Rugged Edge Compute, Comms, Chassis (Voyager)</li> </ul> <p>This role is ideal for a traditional systems engineer who thrives in a documentation and data-intensive environment, and who is excited to bridge the gap between hardware, software, electrical, thermal, compliance, and contract disciplines.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong>fall into the following three buckets:<strong><br></strong><br><strong>Systems Integration &amp; Decomposition:</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Develop and refine system requirements, ensuring robust and testable specifications.</li> <li>Perform detailed system decompositions and validations to integrate multidisciplinary technologies.</li> <li>Collaborate across hardware, software, electrical, thermal, and compliance areas to build systems that meet rigorous military standards.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Documentation &amp; Process Development:</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Create comprehensive engineering documents, including ICDs, validation processes, and performance metrics.</li> <li>Utilize industry tools (e.g., Cameo, MBSC, digital twin frameworks) to produce system views and architectural models.</li> <li>Lead the production of essential documentation and data streams that inform and guide product maturity strategies.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Technical Leadership:</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Interface with Systems Architects and lead disciplines to ensure the day-to-day delivery of baseline system designs.</li> <li>Address and manage technical debt efficiently, operating in the "hot seat" to deliver critical documents and maintain system balance.</li> <li>Ensure systems are production-ready by managing interfaces and ensuring compliance through robust verification and validation strategies.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong><br>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>2-4 years of post-grad professional experience in systems engineering within a complex, multidisciplinary environment.</li> <li>History of successfully developing, documenting, and maturing systems to meet production requirements.</li> <li>Adept at managing technical debt, creating strong requirements, and driving validation processes.</li> <li>Excellent documentation skills and proficiency with tools such as Cameo for modeling and system visualization.</li> <li>Familiarity with military standards and compliance is a plus.</li> </ul> <p>Join us at ECC and play a critical role in shaping the technical foundation that supports our advanced, cutting-edge products.
