Anduril has brought to market a unique, ultra-long-range, full-ocean-depth underwater vessel platform and a completely refreshed maritime vehicle and flexible manufacturing architecture that scales from "small" to "extra-large" vehicle sizes. If you are passionate about solving problems that have real impact and working on systems that directly contribute to achieving national strategic priorities, we want you to join Anduril’s Maritime Division and help us build the future of defense capability.    ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join our Maritime team. You will work closely with the program leadership and a wide spectrum of cross-departments to help build a team focused on solving hard problems and changing the industry forever. In this role you will be responsible for designing and supporting the integration of various subsystems, leading the testing effort, and ensuring overall system performance meets the required specifications and standards. Join our dynamic team and help us build the next generation of surface platforms.   WHAT YOU'LL DO Design & Integration: <ul> <li>Conduct vehicle platform system design & analysis as required by your supported program</li> <li>Generate design reviews, requirements analysis, and system verification planning to ensure compliance with project goals and industry standard</li> <li>Support the design, integration, and verification process of various subsystems, including sensors, navigation, propulsion, communication systems, autonomy software, and power systems, into a complete and fully functional surface platform</li> <li>Develop a path to product integration via generating and tracking requirements, design validation, integration and testing and establishing success criteria for any new feature or capability</li> <li>Work within a dynamic team of multidisciplinary engineers and specialists throughout the life of product design, integration, and test efforts</li> <li>Identify improvements and new capabilities that map to platform roadmap</li> </ul> Test: <ul> <li>Support the development, review, and execution of comprehensive test plans for development, integration, verification and acceptance testing</li> <li>Perform as Technical Lead and consulted resource for troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of our surface platform in the field</li> <li>Development and maintenance of all test documents for surface platform systems</li> <li>Support the development and maintenance of a test and evaluation program that may be subject to Government test & evaluation standards</li> <li>Assist with the collection and analysis of metrics from field testing</li> <li>Assist with technical review of detailed test reports to test & evaluate surface platforms and new capabilities</li> </ul> Sustain: <ul> <li>Develop and maintain processes, tools and quality assurance practices for surface platform and payload data as well as issue tracking and resolution</li> <li>Maintenance of vehicle architecture including all interfaces for all aspects of the platform</li> <li>Support the development and implementation of processes for maintaining configuration control, version control, documentation and overall safety compliance throughout the entire development and test cycle, including land and sea based efforts for extended hours as required</li> <li>Support the development and implementation of an integrated product support program for operational support and maintenance needs</li> </ul> Program Support: <ul> <li>Perform as key stakeholder for a Department of Defense program</li> <li>Collaborate with external partners or customers in the design, integration & test phases, addressing their requirements and ensuring successful integration of their payloads into the surface platform and of the system into the overall mission lifecycle</li> <li>Ability to travel as required for test planning and execution</li> <li>Support proposals with technical content and estimates for efforts</li> </ul>   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: <ul> <li>A genuine interest and 7+ years experience in systems engineering, integration and testing</li> <li>Familiarity with concepts of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and control theory</li> <li>Experience in field test and operationally focused environments</li> <li>Ability to use basic test equipment</li> <li>Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings and specifications</li> <li>Extremely organized and detail-oriented</li> <li>Excellent verbal & written communication skills (effective for broad audiences)</li> <li>A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture</li> <li>Bias toward action – if you see a problem, you want to solve and fix it</li> <li>Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance</li> <li>Ability to travel 30% with potential surges above 30%</li> </ul>   PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: <ul> <li>Experience operating and testing complex systems in a maritime environment</li> <li>Experience in a product development environment</li> <li>Proficiency in data analysis tools: Python, MATLAB, R, SQL</li> <li>Experience with Linux and command line interfaces as well as software debugging</li> <li>Experience managing a test and evaluation program</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range">$166,000—$220,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
