<p>We are looking for an exceptional Senior Accountant to help Anduril prepare for a future potential IPO, support an ERP transition, integrate acquired businesses, and drive operational excellence.</p>

<h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4>
<ul>
<li>Manage the entire payroll reconciliation process and accurately record all payroll and fringe related accruals at period end.</li>
<li>Monitor the HRIS platform to ensure proper Chart of Accounts and department mapping alignment.</li>
<li>Collaborate with HR to track high volumes of contingent employee bonuses and calculate monthly amortization.</li>
<li>Accrue for and reconcile Travel and Expense (T&E) transactions across multiple entities.</li>
<li>Develop and implement robust internal controls and procedures related to the payroll accounting process.</li>
<li>Prepare footnotes, disclosures, and supporting schedules to support financial reporting.</li>
<li>Prepare financial reconciliations timely and be able to research and resolve variances as needed.</li>
<li>Prepare analytical reviews of employee compensation and T&E expenses to provide color and commentary to monthly, quarterly, and annual financials.</li>
<li>Help implement new systems or improve efficiencies with current systems to support continued company and team growth.</li>
<li>Contribute to the control environment by establishing, improving, and maintaining operational processes.</li>

<h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.</li>
<li>3+ years of progressive accounting experience.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience payroll reconciliations, payroll accruals, and travel and expense tracking (experience with Ramp and Rippling preferred).</li>
<li>Highly detail oriented with strong experience in Excel, ERP systems, and US GAAP.</li>
<li>CPA (active or inactive) and/or MBA preferred.</li>
<li>Prior experience in companies that are tech or advanced manufacturing preferred.</li>
<li>Healthy mix of technical accounting and operational accounting preferred.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high growth organization.</li>
<li>Able to get hands dirty to drive organizational change while also maintaining an ability to manage up against strategic priorities/reporting.</li>
<li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.</li>
