In this role you will play a key part in ensuring that our manufacturing processes and products meet high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross- functional teams to implement effective quality assurance protocols.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h4> <ul> <li>Perform incoming inspection, in-process inspection and end of line inspection.</li> <li>Ensure Inspection areas follow processes and best practices associated with inspection work instructions, procedures, and tools.</li> <li>Collaborate with Quality Engineering in the creation of inspection plans for incoming materials, parts, and assemblies from suppliers and monitor their compliance</li> <li>Execute on the equipment calibration and material shelf-life verification programs</li> <li>Support Material review board processes - Support internal and external audits on processes and procedures.</li> <li>Review and propose continuous improvement projects for productivity gains, quality improvements, and benefits to Anduril's quality policy.</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>High School graduate or equivalent&nbsp;</li> <li>Full-time on site in Anduril’s Morrisville, NC facility</li> <li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities</li> </ul> <h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>1-3 years of Composite Fabrication or aerospace equivalent experience.</li> <li>Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
