Job Description
Assistant Manage required for highly reputed catering company- Farro Experiences.
Key job description:
1) Event Planning: Assisting the General Manager in planning of all events, and assisting in end to end execution
2) Vendor Coordination: Manager suppliers, rentals, staffing for events and ensuring timely delivery
3) Client servicing: On ground client servicing, coordination for recce. Handling last minute requirements.
4) Team Supervision: Coordination between kitchen, service staff and helpers during events.
5) Quality Control: Ensuring high standards of service towards the client.
6) Cost Tracking: Monitoring event budget, wastage and expenses.
7) Problem Solving: handling on ground issues calmly and effectively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
