Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Consultant. The Mortgage Consultant will assist clients in navigating the mortgage process by offering professional advice, assessing client needs, and recommending suitable mortgage products. Responsibilities include analyzing financial information, guiding clients through applications, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Expertise in the mortgage industry, including knowledge of mortgages and mortgage lending processes
• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of finance and related documentation
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and performance goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a mortgage consultant or similar role is an advantage
• Relevant certifications or coursework in finance, banking, or mortgage operations are a plus
• Must have valid Mortgage Broker licence in BC
