Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Worker based in Chennai. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing advocacy, emotional support, and guidance to differently-abled individuals, children, and their families. Daily tasks include conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, coordinating with other professionals, and facilitating access to necessary resources and services. The role requires building meaningful relationships, promoting awareness, and contributing to community outreach programs.

Qualifications

Diploma or B.Ed. in Special Education specifically in the following areas:

• Intellectual Disability (ID)
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Cerebral Palsy (CP)
• Multiple Disabilities (MD)
• Diploma in Vocational Training (VT)
