Role Description
Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, cloud, CCTV, etc.)
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and online meetings
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Prepare and share techno-commercial proposals and quotations
Coordinate with OEMs/distributors for pricing, availability, and deal registration
Work closely with pre-sales/technical teams for solution design
Follow up on leads, proposals, and closures to achieve sales targets
Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
Update and manage CRM with leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline
Stay updated with latest IT products, technologies, and market trends.
Required Skills
Strong communication and IT solution selling skills
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts
Ability to create proposals and handle commercial negotiations
Experience in working with OEMs and distributors
CRM and MS Excel proficiency
Target-driven with strong follow-up skills
Qualifications
Graduate in IT / Electronics / Business (MBA preferred)
1–4 years of experience in IT inside sales / system integrator / VAR
Freshers with good technical knowledge can be considered
