Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Manager to drive sales of Medical Devices by engaging with leading clinics and hospitals across Delhi/NCR. The role requires strong relationship management, product pitching and market expansion capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations and clinical detailing to doctors.
  • Develop a sustainable business model for selling Medical Devices in clinics and hospitals.
  • Establish a successful ground-level sales structure and revenue stream.
  • Pilot and validate a profit-sharing or performance-based model.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) .
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Track competitor activity, pricing and market trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and sales pipeline.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Science / Pharmacy / Life Sciences preferred)
  • 3–4 years in medical device/pharma
  • Proven experience in doctor engagement and institutional sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle territory ownership
