Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Manager to drive sales of Medical Devices by engaging with leading clinics and hospitals across Delhi/NCR. The role requires strong relationship management, product pitching and market expansion capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations and clinical detailing to doctors.
- Develop a sustainable business model for selling Medical Devices in clinics and hospitals.
- Establish a successful ground-level sales structure and revenue stream.
- Pilot and validate a profit-sharing or performance-based model.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) .
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Track competitor activity, pricing and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and sales pipeline.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Science / Pharmacy / Life Sciences preferred)
- 3–4 years in medical device/pharma
- Proven experience in doctor engagement and institutional sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle territory ownership
