Business Intelligence Analyst - Fintech

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, driving project deliverables, and enhancing the functionality of our broking app and website.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements for the broking app and website, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
• Documentation : Create and maintain detailed requirements, user stories, process flows, and use case documentation to communicate requirements clearly to the development team.
• Project Coordination : Act as a liaison between the business, development, and testing teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all project phases.
• Product Development : Contribute to feature design and prioritization, balancing user needs with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Testing & Quality Assurance : Develop and execute UAT plans to ensure deliverables meet specifications, assisting with troubleshooting and defect resolution.
• Market Research : Stay updated on broking and financial industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes that could impact the product.

Eligibility Criteria :

• MBA (Finance / Marketing / Operations / Business Analytics ) – Freshers can apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools (Power BI / Tableau – preferred)
