Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Lab Technician to join our team at Truvit Diagnostics. The ideal candidate will have moderate experience in clinical laboratory settings, focusing on processing samples, performing chemical and biological tests, and ensuring highly accurate results for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sample Processing: Collect and process blood, urine, and other biological samples following standard safety protocols.
- Testing & Analysis: Perform routine and specialized tests in departments such as Biochemistry, Hematology, Immunology, and Microbiology.
- Equipment Management: Operate and maintain automated laboratory analyzers and manual equipment; perform daily calibration and troubleshooting.
- Quality Control: Conduct internal and external quality control (QC) checks to ensure the precision and accuracy of all test results.
- Reporting: Accurately enter test data into the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and flag any critical values to the Pathologist immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and sterilized work environment; strictly follow Bio-medical Waste (BMW) management guidelines.
- Patient Care: Assist in phlebotomy (blood collection) when required, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience for patients.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).
- Certification: Valid registration with the State Para-Medical Board.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of laboratory safety, chemical handling, and clinical pathologies.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using LIS software and basic MS Office (Excel).
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience working in a NABL-accredited laboratory is a significant plus.
- Expertise in handling high-end automated chemistry and hematology analyzers.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
