Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve website and landing page performance.
- Conduct data analysis, user behavior research, and funnel analysis to uncover conversion barriers and growth opportunities.
- Utilize heatmaps, user session recordings, and clickstream analysis to identify pain points and optimize UX/UI flows.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to implement CRO strategies that align with business objectives.

- Develop clear hypotheses for tests and present data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, UX trends, and CRO methodologies to ensure innovative and effective optimization strategies.
- Prepare and share performance reports highlighting insights, test results, and actionable recommendations.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CRO Specialist / CRO Expert in a digital marketing, SaaS, or e-commerce environment.
- Strong expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization, A/B testing, and multivariate testing methodologies.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to translate insights into practical design improvements.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar platforms).
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of user behavior, digital marketing, and web analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving measurable growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in funnel optimization and lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for test implementation and troubleshooting).
- Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or performance-driven marketing environments.
