Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve website and landing page performance.
  • Conduct data analysis, user behavior research, and funnel analysis to uncover conversion barriers and growth opportunities.
  • Utilize heatmaps, user session recordings, and clickstream analysis to identify pain points and optimize UX/UI flows.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to implement CRO strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Develop clear hypotheses for tests and present data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, UX trends, and CRO methodologies to ensure innovative and effective optimization strategies.
  • Prepare and share performance reports highlighting insights, test results, and actionable recommendations.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CRO Specialist / CRO Expert in a digital marketing, SaaS, or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization, A/B testing, and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to translate insights into practical design improvements.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar platforms).
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of user behavior, digital marketing, and web analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving measurable growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in funnel optimization and lead generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for test implementation and troubleshooting).
  • Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or performance-driven marketing environments.
