We’re Hiring: Sales Manager / Team Manager – International Outbound Sales | Amtrix Infotech Pvt Ltd
Amtrix Infotech Pvt Ltd is looking for experienced Sales Managers / Team Managers to lead our International Outbound Sales team for the US Logistics & Freight Brokerage process.
Location: Mohali (Phase 8B)
Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (US Shift)
Openings: 2
Experience: 2+ Years in International Outbound Sales / Team Handling

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise outbound sales team
- Set sales targets and track team performance
- Monitor calls and coach team members
- Train new employees on sales scripts and CRM tools
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
- Motivate the team to achieve KPIs and revenue goals
