About the Role
We are looking for a detail oriented, creative, and fashion passionate Sales Merchandiser for a full time, On-site role at Amrin Fashion Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing product displays, inventory, and sales strategies to maximize brand visibility and revenue. The ideal candidate understands luxury fashion merchandising, client preferences, and has a keen eye for visual presentation and product positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies aligned with Amrin Fashion's luxury brand identity
- Manage and maintain product displays, store layouts, and collection presentations
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability
- Analyze sales data and merchandising performance to optimize strategies
- Coordinate with design and production teams for new collection launches
- Ensure consistent brand aesthetics across all product displays and presentations
- Identify fast moving and slow moving products and suggest strategies accordingly
- Support the sales team with product knowledge and client presentations
- Track market trends and competitor merchandising strategies
- Assist in planning and executing seasonal and festive collection launches
Requirements
- Prior experience in fashion, luxury, or retail industry preferred
- Experience - 1 to 3 years of merchandising experience
1. Education —
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field
2. Skills —
- Strong visual merchandising and product presentation skills
- Good understanding of inventory management and stock control
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic recommendations
- Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and client preferences
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel or inventory management tools
- Eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand consistency
