Business Analyst - US Life Insurance
Experience - 8 to 10 years
Location - Chennai
Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst who has worked on US Life Insurance applications. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of total experience, 4+ years working in an Agile environment, with a strong background in Life platforms and digital applications.
Mandatory skills:
- 7+ years of overall Business Analyst experience
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in "US-based Life Insurance projects"
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder workshops, BRD/FRD documentation, user stories, and process flows
- Good understanding of Life Insurance domains such as Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, and New Business
- Experience in analyzing and improving business processes, gap analysis, and process automation
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Hands-on experience in UAT, test case preparation, and validating business requirements
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and requirement prioritization skills
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models preferred
- Experience working in Night shifts
