Role Description:

This full-time, on-site role, located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, is for a Medical Aesthetic Sales Consultant. As a consultant, you will engage with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, recommend personalized treatment plans, and drive sales of services and products. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, promoting the center’s offerings, ensuring exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets. You will assist clients throughout their journey, from initial inquiries to post-treatment follow-ups, ensuring a positive experience.

As the first point of contact for many clients, you will play a critical role in guiding their aesthetic journey while delivering an exceptional experience from consultation to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations utilizing advanced skin analysis technology
• Assess client concerns and develop customized treatment plans based on goals, lifestyle, budget, and desired outcomes
• Educate clients on available technologies, treatment options, expected results, timelines, memberships, and financing solutions
• Present and confidently close treatment packages, memberships, and long-term transformation programs
• Follow up with leads, consultations, and existing clients to maximize retention, referrals, and conversions
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and ongoing support
• Work collaboratively with nurses, medical estheticians, physicians, and leadership to ensure outstanding client outcomes
• Maintain detailed consultation notes and client communications within our CRM system
• Participate in clinic events, promotional campaigns, educational seminars, and open houses
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic sales, luxury retail sales, or client consulting.
• Proven track record of consultation-based sales and closing high-value treatment plans and proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting; ability to generate leads and close sales effectively
• Strong understanding of aesthetic procedures, skincare, laser technologies, injectables, and wellness treatments
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Professional, polished, and confident demeanor
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Experience with CRM systems and client management software is considered an asset

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly base wage. Starts at $25/hour and potentially increases up to $30/hour after 3 months of probation based on consistent achievement of sales target, professionalism, and great character.
