Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science/Information Technology at Amity University, Mohali district. The role involves delivering high-quality teaching and engaging in curriculum development, guiding students in research projects and theses, and contributing to departmental academic initiatives. You will be expected to stay updated in your area of expertise, participate in faculty development activities, and support students' academic growth. Qualifications

Expertise in Computer Science concepts and methodologies.

Proficiency in Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Programming areas.

Experience in Curriculum Development for higher education programs.

Strong commitment to teaching, research, student mentorship, and academic excellence.

PhD in Computer Science/Information Technology (Candidates with thesis submission completed are also encouraged to apply).

Demonstrated ability in research publications, projects, or industry collaboration is an advantage.
