Senior Network Engineer

About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide L2/L3 support via telephonic, remote, and on-site channels

2. Troubleshoot network and firewall issues; manage tickets in CRM

3. Conduct product demos and training for customers and partners

4. Create documentation and present solutions to internal teams and management

5. Configure and manage Site-to-Site and remote VPNs

6. Handle NGFW policy and rule management

7. Manage LAN/WAN and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)

8. Work with routers, switches, and load balancers

9. Monitor systems and follow ITIL practices

10. Maintain strong technical documentation

11. Deploy and configure Fortinet UTM and wireless access points at client locations
