About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Operations Centre (NOC) Analyst to join our Managed Services Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting a wide range of infrastructure and network services for enterprise and mid-market customers.
This position requires a strong technical foundation and the ability to make real-time operational and design decisions in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.

Our organization provides collocation and managed IT services to customers across Canada, with data centers located in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, and Kamloops. Our services include space, power, cooling, security, networking, firewalls, backup/restore, virtual servers, and application hosting.
All solutions are designed with high availability, scalability, and redundancy, supported by a 24/7 Managed Services Operations Centre and industry-leading SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor infrastructure and respond to alerts across managed environments
- Troubleshoot network, system, and application-related issues
- Ensure maximum uptime by enforcing best practices in service delivery
- Provide technical support and consultative services to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams for solution design and implementation
- Work with vendors for technical support and product-related queries
- Respond to incidents, outages, and service requests in a timely manner
- Document incidents, changes, and resolutions using ticketing systems
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience working in multi-vendor hosted environments
- Strong understanding of IP networking and TCP/IP protocols
- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals and OSI model
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA/MCSE, RHCT, Network+ or equivalent
- Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Exchange
- Exposure to AI/HPC technologies (e.g., Nvidia DGX) is a plus
- Understanding of hosting and managed services environments
Education & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a data center or managed IT services environment
- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work in a 24/7/365 shift-based environment
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
