As a skilled Senior Technical Writer at Ivanti, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex concepts into clear, engaging content for users worldwide. By focusing on developing best-in-class documentation and learning resources, you will ensure that customers understand, adopt, and appreciate our products, ultimately driving trust, satisfaction, and success for organizations globally. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including administrator, installation, deployment, end-user, and developer guides (including API documentation), release notes, and more. - Create engaging multimedia assets such as audio and video tutorials to enhance user experience and learning. - Collaborate with fellow writers and cross-functional teams to plan, manage, and deliver release-based documentation projects. - Gather insights from subject matter experts (SMEs) and collaborate closely with scrum, UX, and localization teams to maintain accurate, effective, accessible, and globally relevant content. - Write, edit, and peer-review content with a focus on clarity, consistency, and adherence to Ivanti's standards. - Monitor user feedback and continuously improve content to better serve customers' needs. - Support localization for international markets and contribute to ongoing initiatives to drive documentation innovation. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Engineering, English, or a related field. - 5-10 years of technical writing experience in the software industry, preferably SaaS. - Expertise in modern authoring tools such as Madcap Flare or similar XML editors, and experience working with GitHub and Azure DevOps. - Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and software development workflows. - Excellent written communication skills with a natural, approachable style and exceptional attention to detail. - High level of curiosity and ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts. - Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, Power BI, and usability best practices. - Ability to independently manage projects, prioritize deliverables, and meet deadlines. - Collaborative mindset with a global perspective, valuing diverse perspectives and teamwork. - Experience with multimedia creation (e.g., Camtasia), UX writing, and accessibility standards is a strong plus. - Familiarity with endpoint management, service/asset management, HTML, CSS, Pendo, WalkMe, or Whatfix is beneficial.
