In this role, you will support Global Operations in building automated solutions, implementing AI in Backoffice Operations, managing data, drawing inferences, identifying trends, and transforming reporting through innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong skills in SQL, Tableau, Python, SAS, Power BI, and Hive for reporting and monitoring processes.
- Provide analytical and decision support through advanced statistical techniques and data mining.
- Craft compelling PowerPoint narratives to effectively communicate analysis to stakeholders.
- Translate complex analytical output into easily digestible insights with clear recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for new automated and custom reporting and analytics solutions.
- Act as a catalyst for enabling AI adoption in Backoffice operations.
- Ensure seamless delivery of reports, conduct ad hoc activities, and analysis.
- Strengthen the foundation by exploring big data platforms for new tables and metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to create insights that help stakeholders understand performance.
- Review and prepare monthly payouts for Operational colleagues.
- Drive insights and efficiencies through automation.
- Develop an advanced understanding of data sources and potential usage scenarios.
- Maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and data accuracy.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Uphold integrity, personal accountability, and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
Qualification Required:
- 3-6 years of overall experience with 3 years in Business Analysis.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, Python/R, Cornerstone, Lumi, Hive, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data modeling.
- Prior experience with Big Data, LUMI, IDN, and Cornerstone is an advantage.
