- High-volume outbound phone sales (100+ daily calls)

Compensation and benefits
Starting compensation is $80,000, with $5,000 raises every six months for the first 24 months, reaching $100,000. After 24 months, additional raises are based on production, with total earning potential up to $200,000. Top producers earn $150,000–$200,000 annually.
