American Consumer Shows is looking for a high output Inside Sales Representative who knows how to create momentum, build urgency, and close business over the phone. If you are an experienced phone salesperson with a history of top performance, this is the kind of role that can reward you.

Our Inside Sales Representatives consistently earn six figures. Starting compensation is $80,000, with $5,000 raises every six months for the first 24 months, reaching $100,000. From there, earnings continue to grow based on your production, with income potential up to $200,000. Our top producers earn $150,000 to $200,000 annually.

What This Role Looks Like

This is a remote sales role for someone who does not need handholding, does not shy away from a full day of calls, and does not need to be convinced to chase a goal. You will be selling booth space for our nationally recognized Home Shows and Bridal & Wedding Expos to businesses across the country.

• High-volume outbound phone sales
• Following up quickly and consistently with interested prospects
• Moving opportunities through a fast sales cycle
• Handling objections with confidence and persistence
• Opening new accounts and driving weekly revenue
• Maintaining strong talk time and close ratios
• Staying organized, focused, and accountable in a remote environment

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, and motivated by results. Someone who likes the challenge of a shorter sales cycle, takes pride in activity and consistency, and wants a role where effort directly impacts income.

• Salespeople who like to win
• Inside sales or phone sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
• Ability to handle 80–100 calls per day
• Must be able to maintain urgency throughout the day
• Comfort in a high-activity, shorter-cycle sales environment (7-14 days)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning systems in a remote setting
• Motivated by income growth and performance recognition
