Position: Pharmacy Department In-Charge
Department: Pharmacy

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Mamta Medical College & Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to lead and manage the Pharmacy Department. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, inventory management, and coordination with clinical and administrative departments.
Key Responsibilities
Department Management
- Oversee the complete functioning of the hospital pharmacy department.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of medicines and consumables.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Monitor procurement, storage, stock control, and distribution of medicines.
- Prevent stock-outs, expiries, and inventory discrepancies.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations, hospital policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain all pharmacy-related licenses, records, and documentation.
Quality Assurance
- Implement and monitor quality standards for medicine storage, dispensing, and handling.
- Ensure adherence to patient safety protocols and medication management guidelines.
Staff Supervision & Coordination
- Lead, supervise, and train pharmacy staff.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, purchase department, and hospital administration.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain pharmacy registers, inventory records, audit reports, and departmental MIS.
- Prepare periodic reports for management review.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Ph.D. in Pharmacy (Preferred) / M.Pharm with relevant experience
Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Hospital Pharmacy Management
Age: 30–50 Years
