About the Role
Ambadiyil Dairy Farm is seeking an experienced and innovative Product Development Manager to lead the development, improvement, and commercialization of dairy products and value-added dairy byproducts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of dairy processing, product formulation, quality standards, and production management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and launch new dairy products and value-added dairy byproducts.
- Improve existing products in terms of quality, taste, shelf life, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct product trials, testing, and validation.
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, procurement, and marketing teams.
- Research market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging dairy technologies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage product documentation, formulations, specifications, and process standards.
- Support scaling up of new products from pilot stage to commercial production.
- Train and guide production staff on new product manufacturing processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in dairy product development, dairy production, or dairy processing.
- Strong understanding of dairy manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Experience in new product development (NPD), formulation, and commercialization.
- Leadership experience as a Manager, Supervisor, Product Development Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
