Description
Application deadline: Jun 22, 2026
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Central RME team, a key individual contributor role that impacts global markets with an immediate focus on NA R2L . The successful candidate will possess proven project management experience and consistently demonstrate the ability to influence leaders outside of their organization. This role requires engagement with nearly all operational teams, including Operations, Field RME, Global Reliability, and Global Engineering. As a senior individual contributor, you must balance short-term solutions with long-term strategies, bringing organization to a complex and thorough business plan through prioritization and deliberate execution of high-impact initiatives.
Your long-term vision to enhance customer satisfaction while reducing costs will be integral to the Central team strategy. This position demands a customer-focused professional with a strong business presence, high energy, and the mental stamina to execute a 3+ year business plan. You will own the end-to-end delivery of launches at the highest level of quality, ensuring every launch meets or exceeds established standards with zero compromise. You are expected to continuously raise the bar on what "launch-ready" looks like, defining world-class benchmarks, holding cross-functional teams accountable to those standards, and relentlessly improving processes so that each successive launch is better than the last. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency through innovative solutions and best practices, treating every gap as an opportunity to elevate the entire organization. If you are a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for flawless execution, project management, and customer satisfaction, we invite you to join our team and make a significant impact on our global operations.
Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end launch delivery: Drive all phases of launch execution from RME requirements through IOQ, TQ Pass, and post-launch validation, ensuring every launch meets world-class quality standards with zero compromise
- Regularly engage senior leaders: Provide clear, data-driven updates on the progress of key project milestones, proactively surfacing risks and proposing solutions before they become escalations
- Define and execute program strategies: Develop comprehensive program roadmaps that address evolving customer needs, balancing near-term delivery with long-term scalability
- Continuously raise the bar on launch quality: Establish and refine launch-readiness benchmarks, conduct rigorous post-launch reviews, and implement improvements so that each successive launch outperforms the last
- Identify and implement long-term corrective actions: Analyze delivery gaps and root causes, then drive systemic solutions that prevent recurrence and elevate the standard across the network
- Cultivate and expand key partnerships: Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Operations, Field RME, Global Reliability, Global Engineering, and vendor partners essential for launch success
- Create and manage program roadmaps: Develop process documentation, standardized playbooks, and implementation plans that drive consistency and repeatability across all launches
- Influence without authority: Hold cross-functional teams accountable to quality standards and timelines through strong stakeholder management, clear communication, and demonstrated expertise
A day in the life
As a Senior Program Manager, your day will be hands-on and fast-paced. You will meet regularly with site teams to review tactical launch activities, assess readiness, and remove barriers in real time. You will own and drive Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) with regional maintenance managers and L7 stakeholders, presenting data-driven updates on critical milestones including IOQ status, staffing, training, spare parts readiness, and equipment commissioning. You will maintain and drive launch project trackers end-to-end, ensuring every milestone, owner, and commitment date is accurate, visible, and actioned. Your week will include coordinating across GES, Operations Engineering, Construction, L&D, and Field RME to keep Greenfield launches, REI projects, and technology deployments on track. When risks emerge, you will surface them immediately through structured escalations with clear owners and resolution timelines. Every interaction is an opportunity to raise the quality bar—whether you are reviewing a site's launch readiness data, holding a cross-functional team accountable to a committed date, or refining the WBR template to better serve leadership decision-making.
