As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Amazon Prime, your main focus will be on global subscription experiences and solutions, with a strong emphasis on putting customers first. Key Responsibilities:
- Scale existing Prime-Pay benefits like CBCC (co-branded credit card) to acquire and engage members effectively
- Collaborate with teams to create a set of offers and perks for Prime members, eventually turning them into benefits
- Exercise high judgment to drive value for both members and the business
- Utilize influence across various global Amazon organizations to develop customer-centric solutions
- Simplify the complex customer subscription journey and identify necessary changes within Prime and Amazon to enhance member awareness of Prime-Pay benefits
- Develop and execute business strategies for Prime Benefits vision, focusing on sign-ups, engagement, offers, and events
- Collaborate with teams to introduce new benefits and scale them effectively

- Define, track, analyze, and communicate metrics related to the benefits funnel
Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables
- Ability to build, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing programs
- Skilled in communicating results to stakeholders
- MBA or equivalent experience using SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis
