Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to create a set of offers and perks for Prime members, eventually turning them into benefits
  • Exercise high judgment to drive value for both members and the business
  • Utilize influence across various global Amazon organizations to develop customer-centric solutions
  • Simplify the complex customer subscription journey and identify necessary changes within Prime and Amazon to enhance member awareness of Prime-Pay benefits
  • Develop and execute business strategies for Prime Benefits vision, focusing on sign-ups, engagement, offers, and events
  • Collaborate with teams to introduce new benefits and scale them effectively
  • Work with global Prime and other relevant Amazon businesses to deliver top-notch customer journey roadmaps
  • Define, track, analyze, and communicate metrics related to the benefits funnel

Qualifications Required:

  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables
  • Ability to build, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing programs
  • Skilled in communicating results to stakeholders
  • MBA or equivalent experience using SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis
