We are looking for serious ground-level journalists who understand people, politics, society, and leadership.
This is not a desk job. This is a field-first role for someone who can work in villages, towns, rural areas, semi-urban areas, booths, wards, panchayats, and local communities.
We are Political Consulting company. We work with serious aspiring MLAs, MPs, and political leaders to build their political brand, constituency strategy, voter narrative, and election-winning communication system.
Now we are hiring a Constituency Officers for Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat.
The person will represent our leader at the ground level and help build real public connection through:
- Village and town-level relationship building
- Small and medium public meetings
- Local supporter coordination
- Booth, ward, panchayat, and community-level outreach
- Youth, women, influencer, and social group engagement
- Public feedback collection
- Local political and social understanding
- Local language such as Gujarati for Gujarat
- Daily ground reporting
- Supporter, volunteer, and voter base development
We need someone who can speak confidently with villagers, elders, youth, local influencers, community leaders, and active citizens in their own language and tone.
The right candidate must have:
- Comfort with rural and semi-urban fieldwork
- Strong communication and people-handling ability
- Ground-level discipline and ownership
- Understanding of local social and political equations
- Patience, courage, honesty, and maturity
- Ability to travel within assigned areas
- Respectful and professional representation of the leader
The final goal is clear:
To develop local goodwill and convert local goodwill into strong fans, active supporters, committed volunteers, and future voters for our leader.
