Operations Manager RCM (US Healthcare)

You are a highly experienced Operations Manager RCM who excels in managing operations, owning outcomes, driving revenue metrics, and scaling teams across multiple accounts. • Lead and manage end-to-end RCM operations, with a strong focus on Payment Posting & Reconciliation
• Design and implement robust reconciliation frameworks for healthcare receivables
• Ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of payments across 835 files, bank statements, and internal systems
• Collaborate with RCM, Finance, and IT teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows
• Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives
• Develop and maintain SOPs, audit documentation, and reporting frameworks
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS regulations, and payer guidelines
• Manage banking processes including ACH, EFT, lockbox, and wire transfers
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership on performance and trends
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across multiple accounts
• 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM (Payment Posting & Reconciliation)
• Strong expertise in 835/837 files, ERA/EFT workflows
• Proven experience handling multiple RCM accounts and large teams (hidden_mobile HC)
• Deep understanding of US banking and reconciliation systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
